Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Refunds for cancelled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. We recommend contacting your bank or payment provider if you have questions about when the refund will be posted to your account.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays or may not be eligible for refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, personalized items, and products marked as final sale. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be processed and credited may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically appears within 7-10 business days after we process the refund.

If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card used for the original purchase. For other payment methods, we will issue the refund through the original payment channel. Please note that we cannot issue refunds to a different payment method than the one originally used for purchase.

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund. If this applies to your return, we will notify you during the return process and provide details about how to use your store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. Some financial institutions require additional time to process the refund before it appears on your statement.

If you've checked with your financial institution and still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and work with our payment processor to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please have your order number, return tracking information, and any communication with your bank ready when you contact us.
